Fees and Terms/Cancellations 

 

Fees 

• Online (Zoom): CHF 170 per hour.

• In-person (neutral public location): CHF 170 per hour, plus a travel fee within Switzerland, depending on distance. Travel fee calculated using public transport fares.

• For a session in a private consultation room, there’s an additional CHF 75 for room rental and administration.

• I aim to make my services accessible and affordable. If you’re on a budget, feel free to ask about reduced-rate slots. I keep a few available for students or people facing financial limitations.

• Occasionally, research or preparation outside of our sessions may be required (e.g., exploring further education or career options). I will inform you in advance if such additional time is needed. This time is billed at 100 CHF per hour, prorated by time spent.

• Assessments/Tests: Prices vary based on assessments/tests selected.

 

Payment 

• You make your payment at least 2 business days prior to your session. Payment information will be sent to you via email.

• Payment options include QR code/bill, online banking, Twint, and for in-person sessions cash.

Terms/Cancellations

Once you schedule an appointment with me, that time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to successfully operate my practice, I need to be able to rely on the appointments. Therefore, I have established the following policy for missed and canceled appointments. For any appointment that is missed or canceled with less than 24 hour notice, clients will be charged the fee that I would have billed for that session.
